Very efficient in order-processing and fast in shipping. It only took 14 (fourteen) working days to deliver the ordered item from Wuhan, China to Vancouver, Canada. The parcel arrived ok, except that the 'scrubber stone' at the end of the slipper was cracked into two pieces when I opened the parcel. I have to use 'OK glue' to glue the broken 'scrubber stone' back to its original position. I wish you can improve the packing to avoid breaking up the 'scrubbing stone' in future. Thank you.
